Desert Heat

Lee Tergesen's character, Luke, appears for about 20 seconds in
this Jean-Claude Van Damme action flick.
Luke is a biker, dining with his biker buddies at -- well, a
diner -- in the desert. The bikers find sport in teasing the
waitress, Rhonda, and Luke has a special invitation for her. Lee's
line: "Hey Rhonda, why don't you sit on my lap and we'll talk
about the first thing that comes up."
The next thing that comes out is the wicked tongue of Lee
Tergesen. Which apparently is the reason Lee was asked to do this
part.
Originally titled "Coyote Moon," this release went
straight to video. Lee Tergesen fans should go straight to this
video clip, which comes about 12 minutes into the movie:
